The top women tennis players in the world head to The Land for the fourth annual Tennis in the Land, a WTA 250 event, on August 17-24, 2024 at Nautica's Entertainment Complex.

This one-week tournament marks one of the biggest women’s sporting events to take place in Northeast Ohio. Tennis in the Land has connected Cleveland to the highest levels of sport on an annual basis.

A 2,000-seat stadium court will be constructed with incredible views of Downtown. In addition to the stadium court, the overall venue will feature five additional courts used for matches and practice.

With 58 total matches across the week-long event, a field of single players and doubles teams will entertain fans as they compete for $300k in prize money and WTA ranking points.

Volunteer recruitment is OPEN, and we are looking for help in the following ways:

• Ballpersons
• Drivers 
• Ticketing Assistants
• Ushers

​As a volunteer, you may be asked to fill a different position based on need. Volunteers will receive free parking, a meal, and an event T-shirt & hat to wear while they are working. Two (2) sideline bleacher tickets will be provided if you sign up and attend at least two (2) volunteer shifts throughout the week.
 

All Tennis in the Land volunteers must be 18 + years old. Drivers must be 25 years old. Ballpersons must be 14 years old to be elligible to volunteer.
